Now using Zendesk!

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We are happy to announced that we are now integrated with the Zendesk platform as our new ticketing and customer service system. Zendesk is a cloud-based customer service platform, that includes ticketing, self-service options, and customer support features.

We feel that the new integration will allow for faster turnaround times and allow clients to get answers to all of their questions with ease. Nonetheless, we will still be available to answer any questions clients may have via our direct lines and maintaining our personalized approach to music distribution.
